Here is an opportunity to have fun, win big, and support Mayo Healthcare.
Mayo’s Taste of Maple is a maple tasting extravaganza held each spring celebrating community and raising funds for Mayo Healthcare. Highlighting this event is the culinary competition between ten local area chefs and the silent auction and bucket raffle with its wide array of products and services. For those who have attended in the past, we know it was a great disappointment to have to cancel this year. In the spirit of the Taste of Maple, we would like to offer the community a fun opportunity to participate in an online basket raffle aka bucket raffle. It’s easy and all proceeds will go towards the safety and well-being of residents at Mayo Healthcare.
Enter the raffle at the top of this webpage, purchase your desired number of raffle tickets, choose which items you would like to try and win, decide how many raffle tickets (chances to win) you would like to place with each item, and find out if you are a winner on October 20, 2020. There are over 50 chances to win!
Some raffle highlights – Ann Jenning’s famous Scottish shortbread, a gourmet dinner for 2 prepared by Mayo’s executive chef, Walter White, Andrea Hough’s delicious homemade pumpkin spice doughnuts, ski tickets at Bolton Valley and Mad River Glen, and of course lots of maple syrup.
We would also like to take this time to give a shout out to the chefs that were planning to participate in the 2020 Taste of Maple from….
Two Wooden Spoons, O’Maddi’s Delaurant, Northfield Senior Center, Morse Block Deli, Blackback Pub, Black Krim Tavern, The Warren Store, Woodbelly Pizza and Catering, Vermont Amber, and Mayo Healthcare
And Taste of Maple chefs of year’s past from…..
The Woods Lodge, Falls General Store, Carrier Roasting, Sambel’s Catering, Cornerstone Pub & Kitchen, Delicate Decadence, Birchgrove Baking, Hunger Mountain Co-op, Hyde Away Inn and Restaurant, The Pitcher Inn, Sugarbush Resort, Three Mountain Café, and Tucker Hill Inn
It is their generosity, talents, and passion that make this event such a success. We wish them well during these challenging times and hope they are receiving lots of support from the community.
